Due to the North Acton HS2 road & building works disruption I doubted whether I had made the correct call to book my BMW i8 for bodywork repair at Acton Coachworks rather than BMW  Park Royal.

In hindsight having dealt with the latter company previously, I absolutely took the correct decision.

Paul who provided the estimate and oversaw the job as well as Sunita the Administrator were professional, personable, knowledgeable and customer focussed.

Right from the very start when I brought my car in, I was treated with calm help, good manners and confident expertise. There was a characteristic argument from my insurers which Chloe deftly handled. I had a time estimate of 10 working days, which was fair enough but the job was completed in 8. Throughout, I was kept in the loop by Chloe, who was outstanding. I collected an immaculate car (it was new last June) and it was almost better looking than when I took initial delivery of it. I rate Acton Coachworks top of the league and, if I'm unfortunate enough to have an accident, I will use them again. Definitely 5 stars.

Outstanding service, and really great staff.

You don’t really want to have to use a body repair specialist, but when you do these are the ones to go to. Instead of exploiting your misfortune, they do their very best to find you the cheapest and simplest solution. I went preparing myself for at least a £1,000 bill (after some telephone quotes), but they managed to do the job perfectly using less drastic measures, and subsequently costing me under £200. And they did this all around my complicated diary on a tight schedule.

I purchased my precious VW EOS last October from Citigate in Ruislip.  The level of service I have received to date from Richard Eagell and his team is second to none and I certainly did not think I would find it anywhere else.
 
However, I very stupidly damaged my car on a gate and had to go through the trauma of actually seeing it! then the arduous journey of insurance companies, claims, hire cars, and finally the realisation of booking it into your garage as Richard had highly recommended Raj to me.
 
I have to say, and I felt passionate about letting you know that I simply cannot speak highly enough of Raj.  His patience with my many calls of concern about how my car would be driven, how it would be looked after whilst in the workshop and the timings of when it would be picked up from me and returned - on each and every call he was so polite, understanding and above all so very reassuring that my car would be well taken care of (anyone would think that I drive a Aston Martin!) but my car is very precious to me.
 
Raj is simply a shining example of amazing customer service and how it should be done.  He is super and I felt very strongly that you should know.
 
 The younger chap drove my car back and was just lovely.  You have a team to be completely proud of and even though I am in Ascot, god forbid I should hopefully not have to use you again - I would not hesitate to do so.
